Global Warming

Since World War 2 when governments took control of major scientific efforts, there has been an increasing cleavage between managers of major science laboratories and the scientists at the "worker-bee" level. Nowhere is this movement more obvious than in the alleged "consensus" concerning the cause of Global Warming. Charlie has spent over 40 years working in atmospheric science within the university environment and government departments such as NOAA and the Department of Defense. He here tells some of the "rest of the story"-- aspects of Global Warming well-known among those who work with the atmosphere on a daily basis but suppressed by high-level politicized science-managers and report-writers.
